Local Pickup & Shipping
At this time we are not located in a retail storefront. Therefore, local customers wishing to do a local pickup or pay in person must make an appointment to pick up and/or pay for your merchandise by emailing sales@thegunnook.com or by using the contact form below. We respond very promptly to emails and it is the best way to reach us at this time. All firearms will have to be paid in full before a background check is performed and a background check will have to be performed for local pickup on all firearms. After we receive an approved background check (usually same day) we will hold your merchandise for 5 days after that time it goes back into our inventory. There is a waiting period of 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays after we receive an approved background check. Concealed weapons permit holders can pickup on the same day your background check is approved. If you fail your background check a 15% refund will accessed to your refund and merchandise will be returned to store inventory. Anyone having a firearm shipped, unless you are an FFL, your firearm will have to be shipped to an FFL. In this instance please have your receiving dealer email us a copy of their FFL at sales@thegunnook.com If we do not receive a copy of your receiving dealers FFL within 3 days we will email you a reminder. After an additional 3 days you will be refunded your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.
